Carpenter Jobs in Augusta, ME: The Work
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs to plan, square and on layout.
- Hang and case doors and windows, and run trim that does not need caulk to look right.
- Build stairs, decks, and interior details on custom work.
- Read a set of plans and catch the mistake in it before it gets built.
What We Are Looking For
- Three or more years doing this for a living, or an apprenticeship plus real site time.
- Your own hand tools and a working vehicle.
- A clean enough driving record to be on our insurance.
- Willingness to work outdoors through a Maine winter, because the work does not stop.
