Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about the project when you call, email, or fill in a form on this site.
Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate traffic data.
Cookies. This site uses cookies for analytics and for remembering form progress. You can block them in your browser and the site will still work.
What We Do With It
We use your information to respond to you, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and keep records of projects we have done.
We may contact you by phone, text, or email about a project you asked about. If you ask us to stop, we stop.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
Our own staff and crews, so they can do the work.
Subcontractors and suppliers, limited to what a specific job requires.
Service providers who run our email, scheduling, and customer records systems on our behalf.
Other contractors, in one specific case. If we cannot take a project, we may pass your inquiry to another pre-screened contractor, and we may be compensated for that referral. That is explained in full in our referral marketing disclosure, and you can decline it.
How Long We Keep It
Project records are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax, or legal purposes.
Inquiries that never became projects are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.
