Construction Laborer Jobs in Augusta, ME: The Work
- Move material, stage sites, and keep the job organized and safe.
- Demolition, cleanup, and debris handling, including containment on lead-safe jobs.
- Assist the carpenters, framers, and roofers with whatever the day needs.
- Learn. This is the position people move up out of.
What We Are Looking For
- No experience required, and a willingness to show up on time every day is required.
- Able to lift, carry, and work outdoors in Maine weather.
- Reliable transportation.
- Interest in learning a trade rather than in filling a gap.
Pay and Hours
We discuss starting pay at the interview. It goes up as you learn.

Site safety follows OSHA's construction standards. We pay for that training; you don’t need it before you arrive.
