- Own the schedule across several active jobs and keep the trades sequenced.
- Pull permits, coordinate inspections, and work with municipal code officers.
- Be the homeowner's point of contact, with same-day call returns and photo updates twice a week.
- Track scope against the written contract and flag a change order before it becomes an argument.
What We Are Looking For
- Five or more years in residential construction, with real field experience rather than office only.
- Able to read plans, price a change, and hold a schedule that has weather in it.
- Comfortable telling a homeowner something they do not want to hear, early.
- Clean driving record and a vehicle.
